The La Catrina Cruiser was born from a Hales Speed Shop built ’54 Chevy Bel Air that blends timeless hot rod elegance with modern street machine technology. Finished in a clean two-tone red and white paint scheme with a custom air ride chassis, chrome 5-spoke wheels, and a fresh GM LT power plant under the hood, the car was built to do exactly what the best classics were always meant to do, cruise hard, turn heads, and raise a little hell along the way.

The plaid pattern on this Cruiser pulls straight from the Bel Air’s red and white paint scheme with rich reds and crisp whites laid out clean and classy just like the car itself. The black detailing breaks everything up perfectly and gives the whole piece a little more bite. Kinda like the ’54 sitting low on chrome wheels looking smooth enough for a magazine cover, while the fresh LT under the hood reminds everybody this thing wasn’t built to behave.

Then the details really start hitting. For the very first time ever on a Hales Cruiser, every pearlized snap features a custom red rose image worked directly into the snap itself. It’s one of those details that completely changes the whole vibe of the shirt once you see it up close in person. Inside, the custom woven label features our Hales version of La Catrina herself inspired by the legendary “Dapper Skull” artwork that became a lasting symbol of Mexican culture, rebellion, beauty, and attitude for over a century.
