The inspiration behind the La Basilica Flannel comes from a one-of-a-kind 2002 Harley-Davidson Road King known throughout the Vicla scene as "La Basilica." Named after the iconic Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the motorcycle serves as a rolling tribute to heritage, artistry, and craftsmanship.

Covered in stained glass murals, winged angels, and intricate artwork inspired by its namesake, every painted surface tells part of the story. The monochromatic blue paintwork was brought to life by Carlitos Kandy Lab, a respected name in the Vicla world known for stunning candy paint, lacing, and mural work that stops people in their tracks.

Then there's the chrome.

Every engraved surface on the motorcycle was hand engraved by Caballeros Engraving, transforming ordinary chrome into artwork through countless hours of skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The La Basilica Flannel pulls inspiration from every part of that build. Its highly blended monochromatic blue shadow plaid mirrors the depth and movement found throughout the motorcycle's paintwork, creating a pattern that feels less like a traditional plaid and more like something hand-painted.

For the first time ever, this flannel features custom color-matched open-center ring snaps with "Hales Legendary Flannels" printed directly on each snap. Inside, a custom woven label featuring the Virgin Mary pays tribute to the inspiration behind the motorcycle's name and the heritage that helped shape its story.
